RESET_ALL_LOGIN_PASSWORDS

Purpose:

Resets a user's login password for all system interfaces including the System Administration Tool, Group Administrator Tool and Desktop Tool to the factory default password.

Entry: RESET_ALL_LOGIN_PASSWORDS

System Response:

Attempting to Reset Password for all System Admin Users.

The password has been successfully reset to default password 'password' for User 'xxxxx'.

The password has been successfully reset to default password 'password' for User 'system'.

The password has been successfully reset to default password 'password' for User 'xxxxx'.

Resetting Password for all System Admin Users complete.

Command in RTC Shell

NOTE: To issue commands in older releases of MiVoice Business (releases prior to MCD Release 5.0), you must have a modem connected to the RTC port on the MiVoice Business system.

The command syntax at the RTC shell (using either a direct RS232 connection or port 2002):

Entry: ResetAllLoginPasswords

System Response:

Attempting to Reset Password for all System Admin Users.

The password has been successfully reset to default password 'password' for User 'xxxxx'.

The password has been successfully reset to default password 'password' for User 'system'.
